AgileEngine, a leading software development company, is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to drive technology initiatives including an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. You will translate strategic goals into executable workstreams, partner with engineering on architecture and APIs, and coordinate across distributed teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires cloud expertise, strong ownership, and experience managing complex programs with multiple dependencies.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or a comparable role.
• Experience leading complex technology programs with multiple engineering teams and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs/integrations, databases, and delivery processes.
• Practical cloud knowledge with AWS and GCP, including migration programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Drive product integration workflows, dependencies, testing, milestones, and delivery.
• Plan and coordinate AWS-to-GCP cloud migration including validation, parallel runs, and production cutover readiness.
• Translate high-level initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, tech leads, and stakeholders to resolve architecture and API issues.
• Coordinate activities across teams and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Establish backlog tracking, risk management, and escalation processes for the roadmap.
• Present progress, risks, decisions, and actions to senior management.
