AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead technology initiatives including product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. You will translate high-level goals into workstreams and dependencies, and work directly with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and blockers.

The role requires 10+ years in technical program management, deep cloud knowledge, and proven ability to coordinate across distributed teams in India and New York.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record leading complex tech programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software architectures, APIs, and cloud services.
• Hands-on AWS-to-GCP migration experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to translate high-level goals into actionable workstreams and milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical programs across engineering teams.
• Drive product integration workstreams, dependencies, testing, and milestones.
• Plan and coordinate AWS-to-GCP cloud migration with validation and cutover readiness.
• Translate initiatives into detailed workstreams and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand architecture and unblock blockers.
• Manage dependencies across distributed teams and track progress.
• Establish roadmap/backlog tracking, risk management, and issue escalation.
• Prepare weekly status reports for senior management.
• Refine roadmap with stakeholders as integration progresses.
• Promote collaboration across distributed teams (India, North America).
