Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive cross‑functional technology initiatives, including product integration and an AWS‑to‑GCP cloud migration. You will translate strategic goals into executable workstreams and coordinate with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and blockers.

You will manage dependencies across distributed teams, prepare weekly status reports, and ensure milestones and production readiness while communicating risks to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex technology programs with multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs/integrations, databases, and delivery processes.
• Hands-on AWS-to-GCP migration experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs across engineering teams.
• Drive product integration workflows, dependencies, testing, milestones, and delivery activities.
• Plan and coordinate AWS-to-GCP cloud migration, including validation, parallel runs, testing, and production cutover readiness.
• Translate high-level initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones, and execution plans.
• Work with engineering leads to understand architecture, APIs, cloud services, and dependencies; unblock issues.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams to manage dependencies and risk.
• Establish structures for roadmap/backlog tracking, risk management, and issue escalation.
• Prepare and present weekly program/status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
