AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex technology programs spanning product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. You will translate high-level goals into detailed workstreams and coordinate across distributed teams, including India and New York, while tracking milestones and risk with executive visibility.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or comparable role.
• Proven track record leading complex tech programs with multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and delivery processes.
• Practical cloud knowledge, especially AWS and GCP, and cloud migration experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end technical program across engineering teams.
• Drive execution of product integration, including workflows, dependencies, testing, milestones, and delivery activities.
• Lead planning and coordination for the AWS-to-GCP cloud migration, including migration planning and production readiness.
• Translate high-level initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to understand architecture, APIs, cloud services, and data flows; unblock issues.
• Coordinate engineering, testing, data, cloud, and product activities across teams and manage dependencies.
• Establish structures for roadmap/backlog tracking, risk management, issue escalation, and follow-up.
• Prepare weekly program/status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
• Refine the roadmap and backlog as integration and migration progress, ensuring milestones are met.
