AgileEngine is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead technology initiatives across product integration and a major AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. You will translate goals into workstreams, drive architecture discussions, manage dependencies, and unblock teams across distributed locations.

The role demands strong cloud knowledge, execution discipline, and the ability to coordinate planning, testing, data reconciliation, and production readiness with engineering leaders and stakeholders.

Formación

• Demonstrated 10+ years in technical program management or equivalent leadership.
• Experience leading complex tech programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software architectures, APIs, integrations and data.
• Practical cloud migration experience AWS to GCP is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical program across engineering teams.
• Drive product integration workflows, dependencies, testing, milestones and delivery.
• Plan and coordinate AWS-to-GCP cloud migration including validation and cutover readiness.
• Translate high-level initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineers and tech leads to understand architecture, APIs, cloud services and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across teams and manage dependencies and risks.
• Establish roadmaps, backlog tracking, risk management and issue escalation processes.
• Prepare weekly status reports and present progress, risks and actions to stakeholders.
