Sungrow MENA & Central Asia is seeking a senior technical relationship manager to lead engagement with strategic key accounts and coordinate with regional technical teams in Madrid and beyond.

You will drive needs analysis with product teams, showcase technology strengths to customers, and deliver market insights to guide strategic decisions and project delivery.

Formación

• 3+ years of pre-sales engineering experience (inverter and energy storage) with a master’s degree; or 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong international collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with large-scale PV and energy storage projects is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical relationship management for strategic key accounts and establish communication frameworks with regional technical teams.
• Lead regular technical engagement sessions with key customers to showcase the company’s strengths and enhance brand preference.
• Identify and analyze the technical needs of key accounts, working with product teams to drive optimization and upgrades.
• Conduct comprehensive multi-channel technical market research; deliver insights to support strategic decisions.
• Support technical coordination and alignment for strategic key accounts and major projects, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with the sales team to expand market share across key accounts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering and solutions (inverter and energy storage systems preferred) with a master’s degree; or 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree in the PV & energy storage industry.
• Strong international business collaboration capabilities.
• Experience in large-scale PV & energy storage projects is preferred.
