Verisure is seeking a Technical Lead for its Alicante technology site to deliver high‑quality software aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions across environments, under pressure and with evolving priorities.

Ideal candidates bring solid experience in SOLID architecture, C#, .NET, Angular/Node.js, and CI/CD tooling, with a track record of leading software projects and driving DevOps culture.

Formación

• At least 6 years of proven experience with Visual Studio and C#/.NET including framework and core.
• Strong background in IIS, SQL Server, and data querying with complex objects.
• Proven lead experience in software development for billing products.
• Experience with SOLID architecture, MVC, WCF and modern toolchains.
• Familiar with CI/CD: Bitbucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Artifactory, XLDeploy.
• Experience with Angular and Node.js, and peer leadership roles.

About The Role

We now have the opportunity for a Technical Lead to join our Technology Department, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions, ensuring they align with our business objectives and meet the highest industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver.

The role will be based at our new, additional, technology site in Alicante, Spain. Backed by over 1,700 technologists worldwide based across our three key technology centres – our primary technology hub in Geneva (Switzerland), supported by Madrid (Spain), and Malmö (Sweden), and powered by one of Europe’s largest IoT platforms, we’re building something big, and we’re just getting started in Alicante.

We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly when priorities shift, and enjoys solving challenges in fast‑moving environments.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Guide Development Team through DevOps culture
• Evolve and maintain application building pipelines based on various technologies
• Define deployments and promotions of applications between environments
• Ensure the environment-dependent configuration of each application
• Maintain and support the different Development and Testing environments
• Define and implement solutions to improve the life cycle of applications
• Construction Support to Development teams
• Automate daily tasks of Development teams

Candidate Profile

Technical Skills:

Mandatory Requirements

• + 6 years of proven experience Visual Studio y C# Net framework / Net Core
• + 6 years of proven experience IIS
• + 6 years of of solid experience in SQL Server, Sybase or PL/SQL: Develop and design complex SQL queries and database objects (stored procs, views…). Maintenance, performance tuning.
• + 4 years of software development experience as Technical Lead with billing business products.
• + 3 years of proven experience working on: SOLID Architecture, WCF, MVC (Model, View, Controller), Visual Code, Use of Sonar or similar tools, NuGet Package and jQuery
• + 3 years of proven experience with software development methodologies, version control tools, continuous integration/deployment (Bitbucket, Jenkins / Azure DevOps / Artifactory / XLDeploy)
• + 2 years proven experience working in Angular & Node JS
• Experience with peer leadership roles such as developer, technical product owner, release engineer, quality lead, etc
• ETL Experience / BI Process Experience.
• Familiar with using Agile software development approaches within sequential delivery or regulated industries and tools (Jira, Confluence)
