Refinery89 is seeking a Technical Account Manager Intern to join our Publisher Success team in Madrid. You will learn to monitor a small set of publisher accounts, read key metrics, and communicate clearly in English with publishers as you grow into owning accounts over time.

No prior AdTech experience is required; through structured onboarding you’ll learn the tech stack, diagnose issues, and develop hands-on skills in Prebid, Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and browser tools while contributing to

• Fluent English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor a small set of publisher accounts and perform health checks.
• Read core metrics (fill rate, CPM, RPM) and flag issues.
• Document handoffs with screenshots and plain descriptions in English.
• Learn the AdTech stack and diagnose technical issues across publisher sites.
• Grow toward owning accounts over time.
