Refinery89 is seeking a dynamic Technical Account Manager with 1+ years in a TAM role to support our publishers network and ensure optimal technical and performance support. You will troubleshoot issues, perform web console debugging, and collaborate with the Business Development team on integrations and monetization.

This in-person role is based in Madrid. Applicants must reside in Madrid and have full professional proficiency in English; Portuguese is a strong plus.

Formación

• 1–3 years in TAM within digital publishing or digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital publishing, online advertising, and programmatic revenue models.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager, header bidding solutions, and analytics tools.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues from publishers, ensuring timely problem-solving.
• Perform web console debugging to fix ad delivery and performance issues.
• Collaborate with Business Development to troubleshoot integration, activation and monetization.
• Apply HTML and CSS skills to enhance ad placement and functionality.
• Leverage Prebid and header bidding to optimize programmatic ad setups.
