Refinery89 is seeking a Programmatic Specialist to join the AdTech Partnerships team in Madrid, Spain. You will optimise partner performance, drive revenue opportunities, and help scale the publisher network.

The role blends data analysis, commercial sense, and technical coordination. You will work with SSPs and monetisation partners and learn the programmatic ecosystem while advancing your career.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with demand partners to support performance.
• Onboard and implement demand partners on new publisher websites.
• Monitor partner performance and identify revenue opportunities.
• Analyse CPM, fill rate, bid rate, revenue and other KPIs.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to fix issues.
• Roll out new demand partners and monetisation opportunities.
• Support commercial discussions with data-driven insights.
• Participate in partner meetings and QBRs.
• Learn and grow understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
