Refinery89 is a Dutch AdTech company headquartered in Madrid, working with premium publishers worldwide to optimize programmatic advertising performance. Through advanced, data driven technology, Refinery89 helps publishers increase revenue, improve efficiency, and gain greater transparency across their monetization stack.
The company operates with an international, highly specialized team focused on delivering measurable results, operational excellence, and long term partnerships in an evolving digital advertising ecosystem.
As a Technical Account Manager Intern, you will join our Publisher Success team and learn the craft of keeping publishers healthy and well supported. In Technical Account Management, we're the handymen of the operation: hands on, active, and always willing to dig in, so this role is built for a "doer" who wants to learn by doing.
You won't need any AdTech background to start. Through structured onboarding, you'll learn to monitor a small set of accounts, investigate technical issues, read the numbers that matter, and communicate clearly with publishers in English, growing over time toward owning accounts of your own.
What we're looking for is someone with technical curiosity, strong problem solving instincts, and the drive to learn, not a CV full of certifications or years of experience.
No previous AdTech knowledge, years of experience, or certifications are required. We train the AdTech side from zero.
None of these are strict requirements. They simply help a candidate stand out.
Each stage is designed to assess role alignment, technical curiosity, problem solving approach, collaboration style, and long term fit, while giving clear visibility into how Refinery89 operates and what success looks like in the role.
