Refinery89 in Madrid, Spain, seeks an experienced Vice President of Product to define and lead the long-term product vision for our advertising tech platform.

Reporting to the executive team, you will scale the Product organisation, align with Engineering, Data, Commercial and Publisher Success, and drive a European roadmap.

This senior role demands extensive AdTech leadership, knowledge of programmatic advertising, and a data‑driven approach to deliver measurable publisher value.

Formación

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in AdTech.
• Proven leadership of Product teams in SSP/DSP or monetisation platforms.
• Deep expertise in programmatic advertising: RTB, header bidding, ad serving.
• Experience defining product strategy and scaling tech platforms.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own Refinery89's product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Lead and develop the Product organisation and PM practices across discovery, prioritisation, execution, measurement, and improvement.
• Partner with Engineering to define the technology roadmap for scalable, reliable platforms.
• Own portfolio-level prioritisation balancing value, investment, and capacity across initiatives.
• Drive innovation across the AdTech platform including ad serving, header bidding, and monetisation products.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Publisher Success to align roadmap with market needs.
• Establish KPIs and use data/experimentation to guide investment decisions.
• Represent Product at executive level and influence long-term strategy.
• Stay ahead of privacy and programmatic changes to translate into opportunities.
• Build relationships with publishers, partners and industry stakeholders.
