Refinery89 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our core advertising technology platform in Madrid. This highly technical role involves collaborating closely with engineering, data, and commercial teams to enhance publisher monetisation across European markets.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of product management experience in ad-tech, a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in ad-tech.
• Deep knowledge of RTB, header bidding, and ad serving.
• Experience working within engineering squads.
• Comfortable reading technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product roadmap.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Drive experimentation to improve publisher revenue.
• Collaborate with data science teams on KPIs.

Conocimientos

Experience in ad-tech

Knowledge of programmatic advertising

Technical confidence

Understanding of auction mechanics

Fluent English

Spanish (preferred)
