Elastic is seeking a tech lead for the Agent Framework team in Madrid to own the architecture, set the technical direction, and be the primary decision-maker for how the agent layer evolves to support the Streams model.

You will design scalable architectures, evaluate new technologies, conduct reviews, and mentor engineers while coordinating with product to prioritize features. Deep Go expertise, distributed-systems experience, and strong documentation are essential.

Formación

• Proven ability to transition between projects and codebases across teams.
• Experience as a technical lead or principal engineer for agent or systems-level software at scale.
• Solid background in Go (Elastic Agent and Beats).
• Experience designing management and control planes for distributed software.
• Knowledge of observability data collection: metrics, logs, traces, and OTLP/OpenTelemetry.

Responsabilidades
