Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect in Madrid to design end-to-end architectures that connect Parloa's platform to enterprise environments, solving multi-system integration challenges, and building reliable, scalable AI solutions for global clients.

You will shape the conversational experience layer, translate customer requirements into agent behavior, and collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, and Sales to deliver architecture guidance and successful deployments.

Formación

• 3+ years in enterprise-facing solution or systems architecture.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations (CRMs/ERPs/Contact centers).
• Ability to design prompts and LLM-assisted conversational flows.
• Experience reading API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Analytical thinker with risk assessment and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI Agent deployments across enterprise systems.
• Build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integration scenarios.
• Apply structured testing to validate architecture and AI agent performance.
• Translate customer workflows into structured conversational components for LLMs.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and SSML to match brand standards.
