Elastic is seeking a technical lead for the Agent Framework team to own architecture, set technical direction, and drive decisions for Elastic's agent layer within the Streams model. You will lead by example, guide a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure high-quality software delivery across distributed deployments.

You will design scalable architectures, guide code quality, review design docs, and collaborate closely with product management to prioritize features that meet stakeholder needs.

Formación

• Proven experience leading technical teams on agent/daemon or systems software at scale.
• Deep knowledge of observability data collection (metrics/logs/traces) and related protocols.
• Strong Go background with Elastic Agent/Beats familiarity.
• Experience designing management/control planes for distributed software (protocol-driven).
• Track record of leading large multi-team initiatives from design to shipped software.
• Ability to switch between projects and align with business priorities.
