Elastic seeks a tech lead for the Agent Framework to own the architecture and set technical direction across distributed deployments. You will drive decisions, mentor teams, and collaborate with product management to align features with stakeholder needs.

As a leader in observability and data collection, you will shape the agent layer and ensure backward compatibility across releases, while maintaining high engineering standards and code quality.

Formación

• Experience leading agent/frameworks or systems-level software at scale.
• Proven ability to drive architectural decisions and design docs.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering, and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design a scalable architecture for the agent layer and evaluate new technologies for performance gains.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and raise engineering standards.
• Engage with stakeholders and prioritize features with product management.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
