Elastic in Barcelona seeks a Customer Architect with a strong technical background in Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search to help customers adopt and expand Elastic's solutions. You will work closely with account teams to define technical success plans, onboard customers, and drive ARR growth through expanding consumption, often onsite with clients across Spain.
Fluent English and a proven consultative mindset are required, along with hands‑on experience with Elastic stacks and
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
- Proven background in solutions architecture or pre‑sales.
- Experience with Elastic solutions or similar technologies.
Responsabilidades
- Define the technical success plan for each customer.
- Onboard customers and drive adoption of Elastic solutions.
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure successful customer journeys.
- Identify expansion opportunities to grow ARR.
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements for Elastic.
- Act as hands‑on technical advisor with service teams.
