Roche in Madrid is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Observability to drive the technical strategy, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of our observability platform. You will mentor senior engineers, promote architectural consistency, and ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams, champion Open Telemetry, IaC, and CI/CD, and oversee governance and regulatory compliance within healthcare technology.

Formación

• 7+ years in software development, DevOps/DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
• Experience in regulated, multinational environments preferred in pharma/healthcare tech.
• Proven track record leading geo-distributed engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive technical vision, architecture roadmap, and high-level design for the observability platform.
• Lead design and deployment of enterprise-grade observability capabilities and telemetry frameworks.
• Oversee IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized infrastructure with strong DevSecOps practices.
• Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, architects, MSPs/vendors to translate strategy into specifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and security standards in healthcare domains.
