Ledgy is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the agent and developer platform team. You’ll oversee infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security posture that enable thousands of engineers and AI agents to build and deploy reliably.

You’ll report to the Head of Engineering and work with the CTO to scale our platform, emphasize observability, and drive developer experience across teams. This role blends hands-on coding with strategic leadership.

Formación

• 3+ years in Engineering Management.
• 6+ years as a Software Engineer with platform/infrastructure focus.
• Experience building scalable CI/CD pipelines and developer tools.
• Security-minded mindset when working with fintech production systems.
• Proven ability to coach and develop engineers across levels.
• Comfortable working with AI tooling and agent-enabled workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a platform engineering team and set technical direction.
• Own CI/CD and developer experience improvements for humans and AI agents.
• Oversee infrastructure, observability, and reliability across GCP and on‑prem components.
• Partner with CISO to implement security priorities for a fintech platform.
• Build and evolve AI infrastructure and agent platform foundations and policies.
