Concentrix is seeking an Account Manager (English-speaking) for an on-site role in Barcelona. You will manage SMB opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth while maintaining CRM accuracy.

The position offers a full-time schedule (39 hours/week) with a permanent contract and a competitive salary plus bonus, plus private medical insurance. Training and career development are provided to grow with the company.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
• Focus on SMB sales, mainly outbound activities to a set of SMB customers
• Build and maintain a relationship with a set of clients to increase the revenue or growth numbers
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plan
• Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
• Maintain good CRM hygiene and tracking by accurately tracking all events within the CRM
