Concentrix in Barcelona (On-site) is seeking an Account Manager (English-speaking) to support our growing cloud solutions team. You will handle field tickets, triage inquiries, and ensure smooth billing and credit processes while providing clear program overviews to internal teams.

This role offers hands-on training, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities to grow within a global technology leader. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, customer-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual in English.
• Finance background/experience (preferable).
• Highly empathetic and customer-focused.
• Ability to deal with objections effectively.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and listening skills.
• Team player with a logical approach to problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Field support tickets
• Triage customer questions on application status, exceptions, and reevaluations
• Rectify credit issuance and billing issues
• Provide program overview and proper routing to Google FTEs regarding field questions
