Formación

• Spanish language proficiency or bilingual in Spanish.
• Finance background/experience (preferable).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Team player with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Field support tickets and triage customer questions on application status.
• Rectify credit issuance and billing issues for customers.
• Provide program overview and proper routing to Google FTEs for field questions.
• Support customers and keep stakeholders informed on status and next steps.
