UPS is seeking a Team Leader at our Coslada facility to lead a dedicated team, coach staff, and drive service excellence. The role requires strong English skills, a leadership mindset, and the ability to manage resources across peak periods.

Responsibilities include KPI tracking, cross-team coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives, with travel as needed. The position is permanent and onsite, offering opportunities for career growth within UPS Supply Chain Solutions.

Formación

• Higher Vocational Training qualification or university degree is essential.

• Identify and develop potential talent within the company.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service excellence.
• Monitor service KPIs on a daily basis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet with service providers (OSPs) when necessary to ensure appropriate customer service follow-up.
• Coordinate projects within the department and communicate with other departments to ensure successful project execution (BaSE, IE, etc.).
• Coordinate center and service audits and follow up on identified action items.
• Plan resources for holidays and Peak periods, making adjustments and implementing plans as required.
• Provide support with operational activities when necessary.

We are looking for a new Team Leader to fill a vacancy at our Coslada facility. This is not a job for just anyone. We are looking for someone special... we’re looking for YOU!

What does a typical day look like?

What should you bring?

• A Higher Vocational Training qualification or university degree, either completed or currently in progress, is essential.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented leadership style and the ability to deal effectively with unexpected situations.

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Flexibility is important within our organization and is also essential for this role. Working hours: 13:30–22:30.
• Previous experience in operations and people management would be an advantage.
• Availability to travel occasionally.
