UPS in Barcelona is seeking a Team Leader to supervise staff, coach the team, and drive excellent customer service while aligning with KPIs.

You will coordinate with other departments, plan resources and holidays, and drive audits and projects. A university degree and strong English are essential, along with leadership, problem solving, and proactive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staff under supervision; coach and train the team.
• Identify and develop potential talents for the company.
• Focus on excellence in customer service.
• Monitor KPIs daily and drive continuous improvement.
• Meet with service providers (OSPs) to ensure proper monitoring.
• Coordinate project management projects and liaise with BaSE, IE, etc.
• Coordinate center and service audits and follow up on issues.
• Plan resources, holidays, peak hours, and aircraft adjustments.
• Support operational functions when needed.

We're looking for a new Team Leader to fill a vacant position in Barcelona. This isn't a job for just anyone; we're looking for someone special... we're looking for YOU!

What do you do in a day?

• Management of the staff under your supervision. Coaching and training the team.
• Identification and development of potential talents for the company.
• Focus on excellence in customer service.
• Daily monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meetings with service providers (OSPs) when necessary to ensure proper customer service monitoring.
• Coordination of project management projects. Communication with other departments for project execution (BaSE, IE, etc.).
• Coordination of center and service audits. Follow-up on issues found.
• Resource planning, holiday planning, peak hours, aircraft adjustments and execution.
• Support with operational functions when necessary.
