Concentrix is seeking a Team Leader (French - speaking) for on-site work in Benalmádena. Lead a bilingual team to meet KPIs, quality, and financial targets while handling escalations.

You will monitor performance, drive improvements, and align with client strategies. Office-based role offering salary 26,000–30,000 EUR gross per year and career development opportunities.

Formación

• Bilingual in French and English required.
• Previous management experience in a contact center.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Strong affinity with numbers and reporting; Excel and Power BI essential.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of services meets KPIs, quality standards, and financial targets.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide subject matter expertise.
• Monitor attendance and performance; ensure policy and legal compliance.
• Analyze team metrics and work with leadership on retention strategies.
• Take corrective actions for performance issues, up to termination.
• Communicate expectations and process changes to staff.
• Manage shift-wide projects to improve productivity and service processes.
• Collaborate with clients on strategy and KPI performance.

As a Team Leader on our team you will:

• Ensure delivery of services meets contractual KPIs, quality standards, and financial targets
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide subject matter expertise
• Monitor attendance, work performance, and compliance with policies and legal requirements
• Analyze team metrics, identify root causes of attrition, and partner with leadership on retention strategies
• Implement corrective actions for performance issues, up to and including termination
• Communicate expectations, updates, and process changes effectively to staff
• Manage shift-wide projects to improve productivity, quality, and service processes
• Collaborate with clients to align on strategy, KPI performance, and service delivery

Concentrix if a great match for you if you have:

• Bilingual or proficient level of French and advanced level of English
• Previous management experience in a contact center environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables
• Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
• Strong affinity with numbers and reporting, experience with Microsoft Excel and PBI are essential
