Concentrix is seeking a Business Development Representative (French-speaking) for an on-site role in Málaga. You will research potential leads, reach out via calls and emails, qualify prospects, and hand them to the sales team. Strong CRM and Salesforce skills are valued, with training provided.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and use of AI-powered tools to enhance targeting and outreach. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in sales-related activities are preferred.

As a Business Development Representative on our team you will:

• Research potential leads using internal tools, online databases, and industry resources.
• Make outbound calls and send prospecting emails to engage potential customers.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the appropriate sales team members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
• Learn to tailor messaging to different audiences and industries.
• Support campaign execution by following up on marketing-generated leads.
• Track and report on outreach activities and response rates.
• Use AI-driven prospecting tools to streamline lead research and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from prospecting to sales conversations.
• Participate in training to build skills in prospecting, sales messaging, and industry knowledge.

It would be a plus if you also had:

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Some (1+ year) experience in customer outreach, lead generation, or sales.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Experience in high-volume calling or outbound prospecting
