Concentrix is seeking a Customer Representative (Finnish-speaking) for on-site work in Benalmádena, Spain. You will handle customer contacts via phone, email, and chat, log details into tracking systems, and work toward timely resolutions while maintaining product knowledge and SLA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer contacts (phone, email, chat, and alerts) and resolve requests.
• Log call details in the management systems and resolve within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of applications for customers and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow project processes and procedures to ensure service quality.
• Ensure contracts SLA is met and provide coverage as required.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:

• Handle incoming customers contacts(via telephone, email,chator other automated alerts) and solve users' demands


• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA


• Maintain service and product knowledge andexpertiseassociated with applications specific to individual customers


• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor


• To follow all the processes and procedures of the project


• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained


• Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams


• Liaise with Supervisors/ Mentors on specific projectswhererequested


• To understand andcomply withadministrative duties including holiday,sicknessand overtime


• To attend regular Team Meetings


• To work onadditionaltasks required by Supervisor or Mentor connected to keeping up the service performance,qualityand customer satisfaction

• Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configurationis a plus

• Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00; Friday from 8:00 to 15:00plus 2 weeks of paid training included
