Job summary

Protime, a member of the SD Worx group, seeks a Team Lead in Málaga to build and guide a consultants team while aligning local Hub South with Belgian leadership. You’ll drive performance via KPIs and data, and foster a strong team culture across Spain and Belgium.

The role requires English fluency, potential travel to Belgium, and a hybrid work model with flexible hours. The compensation includes a base salary of €45,000–€55,000 plus annual bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and developing people.
• Operational leadership with KPI and data-driven focus.
• Strong coaching abilities to support growth.
• Proactive with ownership and issue prevention.
• Excellent communication across countries and teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Belgium.
• Fluent English; Spanish would be a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a consulting team in Málaga Hub.
• Create an engaging, collaborative working environment.
• Act as liaison between the Hub South team and Belgium leadership.
• Monitor capacity, utilization and performance with KPIs.
• Identify risks and implement improvement actions.
• Translate insights into concrete actions to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across countries.
• Support onboarding and growth of team members.
• Contribute to long-term growth and scale of Hub South.
