Hero in Murcia, Spain, is seeking a Talent Manager to lead the Talent agenda in Iberia. You will report to the HR Director and guide the Talent team, aligning initiatives with local and Group priorities.

You will drive Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, performance frameworks, and data-driven HR projects, leveraging tools like SuccessFactors to deliver measurable impact and a superior employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Law.
• At least 8 years’ experience across TA, TM, Performance, L&D and HR projects.
• Postgraduate degree in HR is a plus.
• Experience leading teams in multinational, multicultural, or matrix environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR technologies and data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Talent strategy for Iberia, coordinating the Talent team and local priorities.
• Attract and connect via Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding; build pipelines.
• Drive performance management frameworks and feedback culture.
• Define Learning & Development strategies and compliant programs.
• Lead HR Projects and leverage technology and data for optimization.
• Define KPIs for governance and ensure regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a Talent Manager to lead the Talent agenda in Iberia (Spain & Portugal). Reporting directly to the HR Director and leading a team of professionals, you will connect the Talent strategy with organizational priorities. What you'll achieve

You will have end-to-end accountability for the Talent Management lifecycle. Your mission is to position HR initiatives at the service of both people and business needs:

• Lead the Talent Strategy: You will directly manage and develop the Talent team, fostering high performance and collaboration. You will define and drive the Talent strategy for Iberia, ensuring alignment with local priorities and Group HR guidelines.
• Attract & Connect (key responsibility): You will lead Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding as one of the core responsibilities of the role. This includes building and managing strategic talent pipelines (such as the Graduate Programme), leading initiatives like Top Employer, and developing strong partnerships with key talent attraction stakeholders, including universities, training centres, and business schools, to secure future capabilities.
• Drive Performance & Culture: You will lead the deployment of Performance Management frameworks, promoting a strong feedback culture.
• Empower Learning: You will define Learning & Development strategies aligned with business needs. From design to deployment, you will ensure our development programs and compliance requirements to deliver real impact and effective capability building.
• Innovate with Tech & Data: You will lead HR Projects and drive the optimization of the Talent area through technology (e.g., SuccessFactors, AI applied to HR).
• Data, Governance & Collaboration:you will use a process-driven approach, defining KPIs to support decisions, continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations (Take responsibility).

Who you are

We are looking for a professional with a solid background and specific competencies to drive this agenda.

• The Profile: You have a University degree (HR, Business, Law) and at least 8 years of proven experience across the full Talent lifecycle (TA, TM, Performance, L&D) and HR projects. A Postgraduate degree or Master's in HR is considered a plus.
• The Leader: Experience leading and developing teams in multinational, multicultural, or matrix environments is highly valued.
• The Consultant Mindset: Proven experience in executive search or recruitment consulting is a strong asset for this role. Experience in HR or transformation consulting, as well as familiarity with Agile or Design Thinking applied to HR, is highly valued.
• Strategic & Tech-Savvy: You possess a business-oriented mindset and are comfortable with HR technologies (HRIS/SuccessFactors) and data analytics. You use insights to drive efficiency.
• Communication: You have excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Language Skills: You have a very high level of Spanish and English (C1-C2).
