Preply, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Talent Development Lead to shape how we grow our people. You will own the talent development strategy, design and scale onboarding, and drive AI enablement learning across the company.

You’ll partner with People Operations and Leaders to craft impactful programmes and measure outcomes. You will lead leadership development, onboarding content, and manager effectiveness, ensuring rapid iteration and strong data insights to inform decisions.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in L&D or talent development.
• Proven track record designing and running end‑to‑end programmes.
• Experience building leadership development programmes for senior audiences.
• Strong onboarding design experience at scale.
• Data‑driven approach to measure success.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience with AI literacy or enablement programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Own talent development strategy end-to-end and connect it to business priorities.
• Build and run L&D and onboarding programmes, including leadership onboarding.
• Lead AI enablement learning, rollout, and iteration across the company.
• Define and promote manager effectiveness through practical programmes.
