The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in AI product management, deep knowledge of conversational platforms, and strong leadership skills.

This player-coach role demands hands-on analysis of AI performance, refining chatbot interactions, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll drive strategic improvements and collaborate widely to achieve AI quality goals.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience implementing or managing AI in a customer context.
• Deep experience with conversational AI platforms.
• Proven track record improving AI chatbot performance.
