Aily Labs SLU in Barcelona is seeking a Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, candidates and the People team to ensure a great hiring experience in a fast-growing AI company.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for technical, business, or go-to-market roles is a plus.
• Experience in startup, scale-up, agency, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
• Comfortable working with data and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Support and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and business roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
• Source and engage talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn and referrals
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Maintain accurate data and reporting within our ATS and recruiting tools
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities
• Collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring practices
• Stay informed about talent market trends and share insights with the team
