Responsabilidades

• Develop backend features using Python/Django and integrate with third-party vendors.
• Develop frontend experiences in React/Typescript and contribute to experimentation frameworks.
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery to deployment and ensure long-term sustainability.
• Drive engineering excellence through mentorship and architectural reviews.
• Partner with Product/Data/UX to identify opportunities and maximize value.
• Shape system architecture to improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Navigate ambiguity and align technical investments with business goals.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design, and data functions to deliver impact.
