METTLER TOLEDO in Barcelona is seeking a recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment in Spain and Italy as part of the European Talent Acquisition team. You will manage intake meetings, use Avature ATS, create recruitment strategies, post job ads, and source candidates.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment in Spain and Italy within the European Talent Acquisition team.
• Conduct intake meetings to gather candidate requirements from Hiring Managers.
• Recruit with Avature ATS and set up efficient recruitment strategies.
• Advertise jobs on job boards, LinkedIn and other social media; source difficult-to-find candidates.
• Coordinate interview stages and candidate offers, including negotiations.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Location: hybrid – Barcelona office

Purpose:
You will be responsible for recruitment and sourcing. If you have recruitment experience, speak English, Spanish & Italian, then you're invited to apply!

The Job (responsibilities):

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitments in Spain and Italy, as part of the European Talent Acquisition team
• Intake meeting: gather candidate requirements from the Hiring Managers
• Recruit with “Avature”, our innovative ATS
• Set up an efficient recruitment strategy
• Job advertisement: jobads, jobboards, Linkedin & other social media
• Sourcing of more difficult to find candidates
• Selection of the right applicants
• Participating in recruitment interviews and coordination of the different stages of the process
• Participate in preparing an adequate remuneration package
• Extending the offer to candidate, including negotiations
• Internal & external TA communication, including promoting internal recruitment
• Participate in training & development process
• Employer branding activities, to support the METTLER TOLEDO brand

What You Need to Succeed
