Coloplast is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for Iberia (Spain & Portugal) from Madrid, on a permanent contract for 24 hours/week in a hybrid setup.

You will attract top talent, manage the full process from role definition to onboarding, support employer branding, and collaborate with the People & Culture Manager to track market dynamics and recruiting trends in Spain.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition function.
• Good understanding of the Spanish and Portuguese recruiting markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• Good knowledge of HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
• Very good knowledge of social media and direct search techniques, especially through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.
• Project management experience and an organized approach to managing a high-volume of tasks.
• Fluent (both written and spoken) in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the full recruitment process from A to Z (from profi le defi nition via candidates interviews to managing negotiations and closing the contracts)
• You will contribute to developing customized onboarding plans
• Manage online assessments and debrief the assessment report to the candidate
• Participate in various (global) TA/HR projects, including employer branding and the collection of recruitment data that will be used to drive continuous improvements in our processes.
• Participate in recruiting events and job fairs as needed
• Supporting the People& Culture Manager in Spain on people projects and priorities
• Support the Iberian managers by anticipating and reporting the market dynamics and recruiting market trends

This role is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Coloplast Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and is based in Madrid.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition function and good understanding of the Spanish and Portuguese recruiting markets;
• Business acumen and ability to understand the business needs and to anticipate the recruiting market trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related fi eld;
• Good knowledge of HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems;
• Very good knowledge of social media and direct search techniques, especially through LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines;
• Project management experience and an organized approach to managing a high-volume of tasks;
• Fluent (both written and spoken) in Spanish and English;

Preferred quali fi cations (not a must, but a plus)

• Certi fi cation for SHL online assessment tools
• Experience with SuccessFactors
• Experience recruiting in the Medical Device Industry
• Able to speak and write in Portuguese
