METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across Spain and Italy as part of the European TA team. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers, manage the Avature ATS, and design effective sourcing strategies in a hybrid Barcelona office.

The role involves stakeholder communication, interviews, offers, and employer branding to support our global brand. We offer an indefinite contract, social benefits, and flexible work arrangements.

Formación

• Experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment; agency experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, Spanish & Italian (written & spoken).
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Discrete handling of HR data.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end recruitments in Spain and Italy as part of the European TA team.
• Greet and gather requirements from Hiring Managers.
• Recruit with Avature ATS and set up recruitment strategies.
• Advertise jobs on jobads, boards, LinkedIn and social media.
• Source difficult-to-find candidates and select applicants.
• Participate in interviews and coordinate process stages.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
• Coordinate TA communications and promote internal recruitment.
• Contribute to training, development and employer branding.

You will be responsible for recruitment and sourcing.

Location: hybrid – Barcelona office

The Job (responsibilities):

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitments in Spain and Italy, as part of the European Talent Acquisition team
• Intake meeting: gather candidate requirements from the Hiring Managers
• Recruit with “Avature”, our innovative ATS
• Set up an efficient recruitment strategy
• Job advertisement: jobads, jobboards, Linkedin & other social media
• Sourcing of more difficult to find candidates
• Selection of the right applicants
• Participating in recruitment interviews and coordination of the different stages of the process
• Extending the offer to candidate, including negotiations
• Internal & external TA communication, including promoting internal recruitment
• Participate in training & development process
• Employer branding activities, to support the METTLER TOLEDO brand

The Person (requirements):

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment; agency experience preferred
• Fluent English, Spanish & Italian (both written & spoken)
• Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy
• Team player, dynamic, well organized
• Discrete, as you will be working with HR data
