Nethos Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional based in Barcelona to lead recruitment for our international markets, with a focus on Italy and Spain. You will partner with hiring managers, design profiles, post ads, source candidates and manage the end-to-end process.

You will run interviews in Italian, Spanish and English, maintain an efficient ATS, track KPIs and contribute to employer branding.

Formación

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Italiano and Spanish at C1 level or native.
• Good working English to operate across six countries.
• Experience with active sourcing techniques.
• Ability to run multiple recruiting processes in parallel across countries and stakeholders.
• Consulting industry experience is a plus.

The role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition professional based in Barcelona to lead recruiting for the group's international market, with a focus on Italy and Spain. This role suits someone comfortable moving between cultures, processes and priorities, who treats recruiting as a strategic. It reports directly to the Group Head of HR.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruiting processes for positions in Italy and Spain, from sourcing through to offer.
• Post and manage job ads across recruiting channels in both markets.
• Run interviews in Italiano, Spanish and English, depending on the role and the stakeholder.
• Manage the ATS to keep candidate pipelines and workflows up to date.
• Work directly with hiring managers to define profiles and job descriptions.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives in Italy and Spain (universities, events, social media).
• Track recruiting KPIs and produce regular reporting.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition, agency-side or in-house.
• Italiano and Spanish at C1 level or nativo: these are the two markets you'll work in, and there's no way around it.
• Good working English, needed to operate comfortably across a group with offices in six countries.
• Experience with active sourcing techniques.
• Ability to run multiple recruiting processes in parallel, across different countries and stakeholders.
• Genuine curiosity about people and organization, more than about CVs.
• Prior experience in the consulting industry is a plus, though not essential.
