McCann Madrid is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (temporary) to lead the recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and manage vacancies through the ATS.

You will deliver timely recruitment activities, prepare reports, and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. The role offers a hybrid work model, flexible hours, and development opportunities within a leading global advertising network.

Formación

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in advertising, creative, marketing or media environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing meetings and hiring strategy design to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and build effective sourcing strategies.
• Advertise vacancies through various channels and manage recruitment activity through the ATS.
• Review applications, conduct screening interviews, coordinate interview processes and support hiring decisions.
• Ensure all recruitment processes are delivered within agreed timelines and hiring metrics.
• Prepare regular and adhoc recruitment reports for business stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and staffing partners when required.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, maintaining regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and represent McCann professionally across all touchpoints.
