Formación

Responsabilidades

• Идентификация и поиск кандидатов через LinkedIn, доски вакансий и другие каналы.

Описание: At Kube Group, we support the growth of several brands specializing in recruitment and consulting. To support our development, we are looking for a curious Junior Talent Acquisition professional who is ready to take on new challenges. Above all, we are looking for a positive person with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to learn. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting the group’s future talent.

• Identify and approach candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial conversations with candidates to understand their background, motivations, and ambitions
• Develop and maintain a talent pool to meet our current and future needs
• Collaborate with teams to provide them with the best possible support

Требования:

• You are comfortable communicating by phone and video and enjoy human contact
• You are organized, proactive, and able to take initiative
• You want to learn a dynamic profession with real opportunities for advancement
• You enjoy teamwork and stimulating environments
• Native French is mandatory
• Professional Spanish and/or English is mandatory
