Job summary

Wall Vision Studio in Barcelona is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring, define role requirements, source candidates, interview, and coordinate offers. You will partner with hiring managers, develop compelling job postings, build a strong candidate pipeline, support employer branding, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Strong full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Experience with interviewing and hiring across role levels.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and hiring managers.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Catalan is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Barcelona. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, from defining role requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating offers. This role will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create compelling job postings, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent. The specialist will also support employer branding initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience and representing Wall Vision Studio in a professional and inclusive manner. Daily activities include reviewing applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and providing regular updates on hiring progress.

Qualifications

• Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Hands-on experience with interviewing and hiring processes across different role levels.
• Ability to contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the organization professionally.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Catalan is an advantage.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field; experience in creative or studio environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
