ZEST Hotel & Resort is a new luxury resort in Cap Negret, Ibiza, scheduled to open in April 2027. With 206 rooms and seven villas, destination dining, wellness facilities, and a Beach Club, we are building a team that will bring warm, thoughtful hospitality to every part of the guest experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment strategy for ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza and build an exceptional team ahead of opening.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the resort's workforce from the ground up, attracting, selecting, and onboarding the talent that will bring the ZEST vision to life. Working closely with department leaders, you will develop innovative sourcing strategies, create an outstanding candidate experience, and establish a talent acquisition function that reflects our culture, values, and service philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy to support the resort's pre-opening and ongoing recruitment needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments, from workforce planning and sourcing to selection, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure recruitment plans align with operational and business objectives.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, employer branding initiatives, and partnerships with hospitality schools and industry organizations.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external talent partners.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.
• Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, career fairs, assessment centers, and open days.
• Develop and promote the ZEST employer brand across digital platforms and recruitment channels.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, employment legislation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
• Partner with the People & Culture team to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Support pre-opening workforce mobilization, ensuring critical positions are filled on time and to the highest standard.

This role is ideal for a passionate talent acquisition professional who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and enjoys building high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or service-driven environments is highly desirable.
• Strong experience sourcing talent across a variety of functions and levels, including management and operational roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment partnerships.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HR technology, and Microsoft Office.
