• Se valorará experiencia en Talent Acquisition / recruiting en entorno internacional.
• Experiencia en Learning & Training (L&D) es una ventaja.
• Competencia en análisis de datos y uso de herramientas de HR tech.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento end-to-end para roles de fábrica (candidatos junior a directivos).
• Aplicar entrevistas por competencias y pruebas de aptitud para evaluar candidatos.
• Asesorar a managers de HR y diseñar estrategias de contratación.
• Identificar y atraer candidatos a través de múltiples canales y pipelines de talento.
• Garantizar una experiencia positiva para los candidatos a lo largo del proceso.

Tus tareas

Talent Acquisition (80%)

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar roles within the factory (from early career professionals to senior and management positions)
• Apply competency-based interviewing techniques and aptitude diagnostics to identify, assess, and select high-quality candidates
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, partnering closely with HR Business Partners to design and execute effective hiring strategiesProactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels,including active sourcing and talent pipelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Monitor and analyze recruitment data to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness

Learning & Training (20%)

• Analyze, clarify and match learning needs from local organizations across Europe with appropriate learning and training solutions
• Provide guidance and advisory support to employees on available learning and training opportunities and skill enhancement pathways
• Select and coordinate training programs and learning solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Pre-select external training providers and collaborate with the Learning & Training Manager and Procurement to optimize terms and conditions
• Manage training logistics and administration, ensuring smooth execution of learning initiatives
• Support evaluation of training effectiveness and continuous improvement of learning offerings

Tu Perfil

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, ideally within an international environment
• Experience in Learning & Training / L&D is a strong advantage
• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong passion for attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent, including active sourcing expertise
• Demonstrated ability to act as a consultative partner to business stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with interest in HR technologies and digital TA tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Availability to work on-site at the factory in Tres Cantos at least 3 days per week

As a Talent Acquisition & Learning & Training Expert within the People Services Hub, you will play a hybrid role that combines recruitment excellence with learning & training coordination. This unique position allows you to dedicate 80% of your time to Talent Acquisition activities and 20% to Learning & Training initiatives supporting the Beiersdorf factory in Tres Cantos.

You will be a key partner to the business, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent while also enabling employee development through effective learning solutions.

The initial contract is for a fixed term of one year; however, we are open to establishing a long-term cooperation.
