Job responsabilities

The Talent Acquisition Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:

• Recruitment, control of internships, job descriptions, publication of vacancies, group dynamics.
• Monitoring of selection processes on the platforms for all interns in the organization.
• Implementation of internship agreements.
• Onboarding of new trainees joining the company.
• Support the Talent team on employer branding tasks. Contact with universities (Career forums, job boards, job fairs, events, etc.)
• Follow-up and update of the recruitment tracker and ATS.
• Reference point for trainees in the organization.
• Carry-out trainees' exit interviews.
• Collaboration and participation in the organization of trainings, events and participation in forums and meetings in Universities and Business Schools.

MAIN DUTIES

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level). French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel).
• Previous experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition is valued
• Inmediate incorporation for a 12-month internship.
  
• Possibility to sign a university agreement for a minimum of 6 months.
