Abast ищет IT-специалиста по найму для команды People & Talent в Барселоне. Ваша задача — полный цикл отбора талантов в ICT, работа с социальными сетями и порталами вакансий, участие в ярмарках и мероприятиях для привлечения кандидатов.

Работа в гибридном формате: 3 дня удаленно, 2 дня в Барселоне (рядом с Sants Station). Предусмотрены обзор заработной платы и социальные льготы.

Qualifications

• Минимум 3 года опыта подбора талантов в ИКТ-секторе.
• Опыт поиска кандидатов через соцсети и порталы вакансий.
• Умение работать под давлением и в многозадачной среде.
• Опыт найма в IT: системы, фуллстек, BI, облако, BPA, ERP/CRM, кибербезопасность.

Responsabilités

• Полный цикл найма с участием в разработке стратегии набора.
• Онбординг принятых сотрудников.
• Участие в ярмарках и мероприятиях для привлечения талантов.
• Поддержка отдела P&T.

We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Talent team and help us continue to grow!

Задачи

• End-to-end recruitment process, participating in the design of the best talent acquisition strategy.
• Onboarding of newly hired candidates.
• Participate in fairs and events to attract future talent.
• Support for P&T.

Требования

• Candidates with at least 3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist in the ICT sector.
• Candidates with experience searching for talent through social media and job portals.
• Candidates who are resourceful and able to work under pressure.
• Proactivity, dynamism, and the ability to work in multitasking environments.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (Systems, Fullstack Developer, Business Intelligence, Cloud, BPA, ERP/CRM, Cybersecurity...).
• Follow-up interviews and onboarding.
• Availability to work in Barcelona city two days a week (near Sants Station).
