Aily Labs GmbH is seeking a Junior/Mid Talent Acquisition Partner for BCN/MAD to help scale our AI team. You will attract, engage, and hire across technical and business roles, partnering with hiring managers and the People team to ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role offers exposure to a fast-growing AI environment with hybrid work flexibility and opportunities to develop recruiting expertise across international teams.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for technical, business, or go-to-market roles is a plus.
• Experience in startup, scale-up, agency, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
• Comfortable working with data and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Support and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Source and engage talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn and referrals.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting within our ATS and recruiting tools.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities.
• Collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring practices.
• Stay informed about talent market trends and share insights with the team.
