Four Seasons Mallorca Resort at Formentor is seeking an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, engage, and hire top hospitality talent while upholding luxury standards and the Four Seasons culture.

You will partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and coordinate interviews, onboarding, and internal mobility.

This temporary maternity-leave replacement is full-time (40 hours/week), with a September 2026 start date.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with department leaders to define staffing needs.
• Coordinate interviews, career fairs, and events.
• Promote Four Seasons employer brand through schools and partnerships.
• Support onboarding and candidate experience from first contact to start date.
• Maintain recruitment records and reporting using HR tools.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and People & Culture teams.
