Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Food & Beverage Administration Intern to support administrative and organizational functions within the F&B Department.

You will work closely with the F&B leadership team to develop essential administrative, operational, and communication skills in a luxury hospitality setting. The role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, and assisting in daily office operations to ensure smooth department functioning.

Formación

• Student pursuing a Hospitality or related degree.
• Basic administrative experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with administrative duties, including correspondence and reports.
• Coordinate schedules and departmental events for F&B.
• Organize files and office inventories for the F&B department.
• Facilitate communication between outlets and management.
• Prepare banquet materials such as menus and signage.
• Maintain neatness and organization in the F&B office and storage areas.
• Respond to guest and vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with meeting notes, reports, and data entry for initiatives.
• Learn reservation tools such as OpenTable and track event inquiries.
• Contribute to projects like menu updates and marketing materials.
