Mallorca Map in Mallorca invites applications for a Human Resources Technician to oversee core HR workflows and support daily operations in the social, sociocultural and community activities sector. The role focuses on candidate selection, training program implementation, personnel documentation, and PRL protocol support.

The ideal candidate holds a CFGS in Administration and Finance or CFGS in Management Support, with at least six months of recruitment experience and strong Microsoft Office

Formación

• Official Higher Vocational Degree required in Administration and Finance or in Management Support (CFGS Asistencia a la dirección).
• At least 6 months of relevant practical experience in candidate selection and recruitment processes.
• High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating and managing candidate selection and recruitment procedures.
• Implementing training programs and handling administrative tasks related to employee development.
• Performing labor administration tasks and maintaining routine personnel documentation.
• Assisting with the execution and monitoring of occupational risk prevention (PRL) protocols.
