Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is seeking an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for luxury hospitality roles paired with exceptional candidate experiences.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment or HR.
• Hospitality recruitment experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supports full recruitment cycle for hotel positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring.
• Partners with managers to align staffing with operational needs and market trends.
• Ensures professional, confidential candidate interactions and strong candidate experience.
• Coordinates interviews, career fairs, events, and networking to attract talent.
• Develops partnerships with schools and universities for internships and trainee programs.
• Manages trainee and internship recruitment to ensure positive experiences.
• Maintains recruitment records and pipelines using HR systems and tools.
• Supports onboarding coordination and communicates with candidates pre-start.
• Promotes employer brand via social media and local outreach.
• Collaborates with Learning & Development and People & Culture teams on mobility and succession.
